Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Strapix, We are committed to providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience and satisfaction. Accordingly, we offer an exchange and return policy aimed at providing convenience and confidence to customers when they purchase our products. Please read the following exchange and return policy to understand your rights and our duties.

1. Replacement according to defects

If the product you received is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer a free replacement for a defective product provided that the defect is caused by a manufacturing or shipping defect.

2. Return policy

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:
- Return requests are available within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.
-The itemshould be returned in its original condition, unused and free of damage.

3. Exchange and Return Instructions

• The customer is requested to contact the customer service team (Whatsapp: 0585441513) for instructions to return or exchange the product.
• The customer bears the costs of returning the product, which are estimated at 15 dirhams, unless the exchange or return is the result of our error.

4. Exchanges and returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Items that are used or damaged as a result of misuse or customer negligence.
• Products that are customized or manufactured according to the customer's specific requirements.
• Request of returns beyond 3 days of the original order date.
